Crown Point Condos

The Crown Point Condos Remodel is a remodel of an existing four unit single story structure with the fourth unit atop a four car garage.  The proposed addition included the adding two stories atop the existing footprint.  This allowed each unit to be split into three "zones:" Private, Living, and Loft.

The Private space included two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry room.  This floor could be shut off from the entrance and the rest of the residence, making it completely private from guests.

The Living space included all of the more public functions of the residence: the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, an office and a small deck.  This level is much more open and able to be arranged in many configurations.

the Loft space on the third level is completely open and included a large deck.  This allows for multiple uses such as as a private guest suite, a secondary living room, or an entertaining space.
